IS MY DONATION TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Contributions made on www.IHelpEducate.org are not tax-deductible. It is against the law to make a tax-deductible educational gift to an individual student. However, if you are looking to make a tax-deductible contribution, please visit www.Herbie.com . The Herb it Forward Foundation funds scholarships for low-income Philadelphia area students along with community building initiatives to connect students with one another.

HOW CAN I CONTRIBUTE

FUND A STUDENT: View individual student profiles and contribute towards a student’s education! Please note we are extremely unique in that ALL funds raised are paid to the individual student’s educational institution. We absorb all costs connected with this website. If the funding you would like to give exceeds the amount allowed on the website please contact us at info@ihelpeducate.org
GIVE THE GIFT OF EDUCATION: Looking for the perfect gift? Give the gift of education with the I Help Educate Gift Card! For large quantities or cards with custom corporate logos, please contact us at info@ihelpeducate.org.
DONATE TO THE FOUNDATION: You can make a tax-deductible contribution to the Herb it Forward Foundation (www.Herbie.com) to support scholarship awards for future students and community building activities such as the HIFF Leadership Camp.

HOW DO I KNOW MY FUNDS ARE GOING TO ACADEMIC EXPENSES?

Funds donated/raised by I Help Educate are paid directly to the educational institutions on behalf of the student. We verify the student's open balance via statements from their school and pay the balance directly.

IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN HELP ASIDE FROM FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS?

We understand if you aren’t able to make a financial contribution at this time. You can still help us by spreading the word to your family, friends, and colleagues. Simply share this page or the page of an individual student and help us to pay it forward!

HOW SAFE IS MY INFORMATION WITH THIS WEBSITE?
